• User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, and comments you submit for academies or tournaments.
• Communications: Messages or support requests you send to us.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, tap events, and session duration.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, app crashes, and diagnostic data.
• Push Notification Tokens: Used to send you notifications about tournaments, bookings, and orders (only with your permission).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors to operate the App, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

3.2 Academy & Tournament Partners

When you subscribe to an academy or register for a tournament, we share relevant profile information (name, contact, sport preferences) with that partner to facilitate your enrollment.

3.3 Public Leaderboards

Your display name and ranking may appear on public tournament or academy leaderboards. You can adjust your display preferences in Profile Settings.

3.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RRR Arena, our users, or the public.

3.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you via in-app notice or email before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

4 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested or the account has been inactive for 3 years.
• Transaction & payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
• Log & diagnostic data: Automatically purged after 90 days.
• Push notification tokens: Removed within 30 days of notification permission being revoked.

After account deletion, anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes — this data cannot be linked back to you.

5 Security of Your Information

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data:

• Authentication tokens are stored in the device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) — never in plain storage.
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6 Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, integrate with social sign-in providers (Apple, Google), or use third-party SDKs. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies before interacting with those services.

Third-party services we may use include (but are not limited to): cloud storage providers, analytics platforms, and payment gateways.

7 Children's Privacy

RRR Arena is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. In some circumstances we may need additional time, in which case we will notify you.

RRR Arena operates globally. Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws when transferred internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:
